BLP day

On Friday 23rd June we had a whole school BLP day where the children were in mixed year groups and spent 20 minutes developing their learning powers of:

noticing

perserverance

listening

managing distractions

making links

absorption

questioning

reflectiveness

collaboration

In my class, children were developing their learning powers of noticing and also collaboration. They had to work with their learning partner to spot the difference. Then they had to work with thier partner and from using their noticing skills and memory they had to draw superheroes as they appeared on the board. However, they superheroes picture would be visible on the board and then hidden. Children had to draw what theyr had noticed and collaborate with thier partner.
